Trent Trailnado: Network Engineer Turned Van Life Adventurer
Trent Trailnado was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, where he built a career as a Network Engineer. Living in the city never slowed him down. On Friday nights, he’d load up the car and drive hours north — just to squeeze every possible minute out of the weekend. North Georgia, North Carolina, wherever the trails called. Biking, hiking, camping, backpacking — if it got him outside, he was in.
In 2021, he built out a Promaster van so he could work remotely and take the adventure with him full-time. Now the mountains are his office.
Trent has had his share of bike crashes — more than a few — but nothing has ever pulled him off the trail for long. Mountain biking is his obsession, and when the snow rolls in, he’s just as at home on a snowboard. If there’s a mountain involved, Trent belongs on it.
